When we embody fluid movements, we also increase our ability to cultivate fluidity in our thoughts, feelings and emotions. This 75 min practice includes a simple pranayama (breathing practice), gentle flowing movements which build to strengthening movements, then slows down into a gentle inquiry in fluidity in the body. Shradda is "that which is placed in the heart" : the beliefs and perceptions we hold so deeply we never question them. It is our shradda which determines our destiny but in this class we explore how yoga can help us understand how through movement and watching our thoughts we can change our perceptions and exert some control over our shradda. 75 mins of relaxation, hard physical challenge and relaxation again.

We were born to move. Our bodies are designed for mobility. This 75 class simply encourages you to move creatively in a way that feels good for you. Expect a few small twists on known yoga postures and come prepared to explore and with the mindset that given the choice to "sit it out or dance", you dance!

A 75 min class to light your flame and keep it burning in a way that sustains you and enables you to serve others without depleting yourself. You will focus on Manipura (solar plexus) chakra and explore how to stoke your fire to the level where it is neither out of control, nor dimming but burning happily.

A 75 min yoga practice focusing on an intention to change in some way, small or large, through your practice. You will start with intention setting, followed by a breathing practice to help you let go, then a varied asana practice before a short seated meditation on your intention before relaxation. Enjoy the change!

The first class in a course of 5. These are designed to give you specific warm ups, mechanical & technical know-how, and mindset tips to be able to fly! This first class focuses on crow pose and is suitable and useful for those new to the asana and for those who already have it as part of their practice.

The second class in a course of 5. This class focuses on techniques and warm up practices to enable you to safely access a tripod headstand. By the end of the class you will be able to do at least the first stage of the headstand and will know how to progress to the full pose.

The third class in a course of 5. This class continues working with crow and tripod headstand and starts to explore how to link the asanas together. You will learn all you need to understand the mechanics of the poses as well as thoroughly warming your body up correctly.

The fourth class in a course of 5. A flow type yoga class is interspersed with specific warm up exercises for shoulders, wrists, and core. You will be able to practice crow again and tripod headstand and will also learn how to jump back from crow to chaturanga.

The final class in this course of 5. This class focuses on centering whilst staying light-hearted. The class starts with a breathing practice to find our centre then moves through a series of yoga flows to warm up all parts of the body in preparation for crow and headstand. You will learn new options for entry and exiting tripod headstand. As the class is taught live you will also benefit from the coaching given to other students.
