A 60 min pilates class focussing on opening the shoulders, strengthening the upper body in a healthy posture, as well as working and releasing the core and lower body. This is one to counteract a "hunched over" posture and uses 2 bricks, a ball and a foam roller.

This 60 min class uses a small ball and will strengthen your glutes and hamstrings as well as your core muscles and shoulders. You will also get a good stretch to go with the strengthening work.
