 Abdominal and core strengthening, plenty of leg work, some upper body exercises and a really good stretch.                 

Pilates class 1 March 21
A 60 min class with plenty of core and standing leg strengthening work. Ending with a restorative backbend for the thoracic spine to counteract our "hunched over" lives.         

Pilates class 22 Feb 21
A 60 min Pilates class starting with leg strengthening and balance then moving down onto the mat for core work. The class ends with gentle twists and stretching.         

Pilates class 15 Feb 21
A 60 min Pilates class using a bolster, resistance band and a chair. Particularly targeting the obliques and the legs with a restorative side stretch to finish.
