This 80 min class starts with meditation and breath awareness. You will then move through a series of Yin yoga shapes with a focus on the heartspace, before enjoying a Yoga nidra in savasana.

This 80 min class starts with a simple meditation. It will bring you length in your back body, spaciousness in the hips and chest, and ends with a reclining savasana and yoga nidra practice.

Are you sometimes a little too much "in your head"? This 75 min practice focuses on bringing balance between body and mind, bringing ease to the body, and peace to your mind.

A 75 min class starting with a breathing awareness practice and ending with a restorative savasana. In between expect to give your legs, hips, shoulders and arms some mindful loving!
