The different elements of our retreat:

​Yoga practices, both dynamic and gentle
Breathwork & Pranayama 
Meditations in nature 
Kirtan

At Purusha nature takes centre stage. Yoga practices will be in the Yoga shala dome or on one of the two, specially designed outdoor yoga spaces. Meditations will be outside in nature if weather allows, and the weekend will include a skilfully led kirtan as well as our yoga practices.

​Accommodation is in super luxurious twin domes hidden in the woodland so they are each totally private. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a composting toilet, in keeping with the eco credentials of Purusha, a 2 person wood-fired hot tub, and hammock.

​Every day our wonderful chef will provide us with  colourful and delicious meals. All meals will be plant-based and all meals are included, as are teas, coffees and healthy snacks.
